I am in the process of starting a new restaurant and was wondering if anyone could provide me with a list of 10 of their favorite Tropical Drinks.

Also, could anyone provide me with some information on how to stock my bar? (Ex. How many of each glass, which types of liquor to stock, etc.) I want to have a setup similar to TGI Fridays, or something like that.
