Looking for a recipe that I've seen called either Mr. Fuji, Mt. Fuji, or Ninja. Local restaurant serves it, from the menu I know four of the ingredients:
midori, sake, pineapple juice, and coconut cream
Did a search on various recipe websites and couldn't find it. Did a search on Yahoo and found the other names from menus of other restaurants. I'm sure with the four ingredients I could come up with ratios that would be ok, just wondering if anyone has heard of it before and already know the ratios.
Thanks! |

This is the recipe that I found for Mount Fuji
1 1/2 oz sake rice wine
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 tsp triple sec
The only drink with Midori in it is called Tokyo Rose:
1 part Grey GooseŽ vodka
1 part sake rice wine
1 part MidoriŽ melon liqueur
