| Hey, does anyone out there know how to duplicate the bellinis that come out of those bellini machines? (Milestones restaurants have them...) Those are damn tasty... |

Did some looking around found several diffrent recepies of it... Heres a couple of them.
Bellini
3 ounces Champagne
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
1 dash Grenadine
Pour into a champagne glass.

Select perfectly ripe white peaches, peel them, and puree in a blender or food processor. Place 1 or 2 tablespoons of the puree in the bottom of a champagne flute and add chilled prosecco or other sparkling wine.

BELLINI
1 quart puree of fresh peaches
Sugar to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 quarts chilled champagne
Sweeten the peaches to taste, stir in the lemon juice and put into a punch bowl. Add the champagne and mix well.
Makes about 12 servings.
