Hello all. I just got hired on as a bartender in a very nice Italian Restaraunt that is soon to open in TX. They needed someone w/ experience, which I have.

My former experience does not entail full bar work. It was only Beer, Margaritas, Daquiris, and occassional others like Blue Hawaiins.
I do know how to make many drinks, but need to learn more for sure.

I start on the bar in one week and was wondering if anyone had any pointers. (i.e. books, etc.)
