So I'm an 18 year old college student in Michigan. I really need a better paying job badly and realized that it is legal to bartend at the age of 18 in some states. Michigan being one of them. And I have become very interested in it.

I have two questions on this
a. Are many bars even willing to hire a bartender at the age of 18 or 19? despite it being legal.
b. What is the most known and succesful bartending school? Ive heard good things about a couple but nothing outstanding...
