1 lbs. of fruit (whatever you like)
1 lbs. of sugar
1 lbs. of water (yes a pound)
Smash the fruit till its a mush. Mix your water and sugar, till is all disolved, add your fruit. Store in a dark bottle. Big Kahlua bottles work great. Make sure it is sealed, melt parafin wax over the top of it. And place in a cool dark place. You want it to age for a minimum of 4 months, the longer the better.
Oh, one quick hint, do not use watermelon, too much water.
