I live in Utah where we have state liquor stores. Ciclon is no longer available here (I thought it was pretty good) and when I asked "why?" I was told that Bacardi had discontinued it. Is it still being made and available elsewhere?

Also, Ciclon was made from Rum, Tequila, and lime juice. Does anyone know the approximate proportions so that I can make my own from the listed ingredients? I was thinking of experimenting, but maybe someone can save me the trouble.
