| Does anyone have a recipe for jello shots using 151 proof Rum? Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Make the jello and use 1/2 C club soda or 7up, and 1/2 C 151 instead of the 1 C cold water at the end. Then let it set for about an hour longer than required. Make sure the 151 is chilled.
Note: Make sure the jello cups are frozen before you fill them. This will make the, easier to slide out. |

| The higher the alcohol content in your jello, the harder it will be to get a nice consistency, so 151 rum might be tricky. Depending on how cold your refrigerator is, you may need to stick your jello shots in the freezer for a few minutes before you serve them. |
