I just came across this site this morning looking for a recipe for Duck Fart. What a dumb name...

I'm the lead poolside bartender/server at a resort in Scottsdale, AZ. (Would somebody PLEASE turn off the heat?)

Anyhow, thanks for a great site. I haven't had much time to browse, but I've seen a lot of great info here and am looking forward to visiting with you often, if you'll put up with me bellying up to your bar.....
