Hey, does anyone out there know how to duplicate the bellinis that come out of those bellini machines? (Milestones restaurants have them...) Those are damn tasty...

Did some looking around found several diffrent recepies of it... Heres a couple of them.

Bellini

3 ounces Champagne
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
1 dash Grenadine
Pour into a champagne glass.

Select perfectly ripe white peaches, peel them, and puree in a blender or food processor. Place 1 or 2 tablespoons of the puree in the bottom of a champagne flute and add chilled prosecco or other sparkling wine.

BELLINI

1 quart puree of fresh peaches
Sugar to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 quarts chilled champagne

Sweeten the peaches to taste, stir in the lemon juice and put into a punch bowl. Add the champagne and mix well.



Makes about 12 servings.
