I moved to Shanghai this summer and while I've been able to stock my bar fairly well, I have yet to find any Frangelico. It's a must for spiked milkshakes and I miss it in my coffee...anyone in Shanghai who's seen it around??

i myself live in thailand and am trying to run a sucassful cocktail beach bar. we are doing well, but i know that imports for certain spirits into asia are nai on impossible to find. the best way is to get anyone who is visiting you to bring such things over, in as large quantities as possible and then pray your stock doesnt run out before the next visitor arrives. the other alterniive is to go into a supplier office and request them to order it in specially on the promise that you will make it worth their wile, maybe gang together a few other bar owners who would be interested as well, because the more they can order the cheaper it is for them. of course, thailand is very different from where you are and alot more dodgey, so i dont know if my advise will be of any use to you. although, i hope it is. good luck with your bar.
