Just as the topic states. What's your favorite tropical drink? I'll be kicking it up in Puerto rico in a few weeks and wanted to see what everyones favorite is!

Fer me,it's gotta be Planter's Punch.These drinks date back to the colonial era,but compete with the modern drinks quite competently.Here's my favorite recipe:3 oz. Dark Rum\1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice\1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice\2/3 tbsp. Grenadine\2 dashes Angostura Bitters.Build over ice in a double highball glass and top up with lemonade.There are,however,dozens of variations on this theme and I'm sure that most if not all are killer as well my friend!

my fave drinks would be the ones i tasted in mexico...i tried them all! it was an all-inclusive resort so drinking was encouraged! i would have to say bahama mama...i just cant recall the ingredients or measurements. yummy!

Hey Buzz sorry for the late reply. I really did try it and just forgot to post. It was delicious. Or as that cartoon with the girl that teaches spanish to little kid says.. yum yum yum yum!!! delisioso!!!
