I've got a recipe for "Zombie Master", but I can't add it to the recipe as it is too long.

This is a drink I was introduced to in '74. It has 15 (that's right 15) layers if done right.

Is there a way to add this drink??

Heya irishderry,

That sounds like one helluva drink! Crazy Did you run into a problem with our Submit Drink form? It should be able to handle 15 ingredients.

If you've got ingredients that aren't in our list, there's a box there where you can add them in. Just enter "new ingredient one, new ingredient two, etc" and separate each one with commas.

If you're having trouble with the form, you can always submit it using our comments form instead, although it might take a little longer for us to get it into the database that way.

I'm looking forward to seeing this recipe! Evil

Alcohol Specific Density
1 ounce Southern Comfort 0.97
1 ounce Cointreau 1.04
1 ounce Sloe Gin 1.04
1 ounce Brandy 1.04
1 ounce Apricot Brandy 1.06
1 ounce Blackberry Brandy 1.06
1/2 ounce Triple Sec 1.09
1 ounce Amaretto 1.10
1 ounce Blue Curacao 1.11
1 ounce Galliano 1.12
1 ounce Creme de Menthe Green 1.12
1 ounce Creme de Banana 1.14
1 ounce Creme de Cacao White 1.14
1 ounce Kahlua 1.15
---Specific Density Unknown---
1 ounce Light Rum
1 ounce Dark Rum
1/2 ounce Grenadine
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Irish Whiskey, Turlamore Dew
1 ounce Grand Marnier
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces sour mix, bottled
1 splash Rose's Lime Juice
1 dash 151-proof Rum
1 lemon slice
cracked ice
Ice Cubes

Use various size glasses, depending on how many alcohols you choose.

The trick is to layer the different alcohols so that it looks like a rainbow. Pour the heaviest first and work your way toward lightest.
Make your choice of alcohol carefully.

Fill a glass with cracked ice. Pour over a turned over spoon carefully.

OR

Fill a glass with cracked ice. Add alcohol, orange juice, and sour mix. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top with a dash of 151-proof rum and garnish with a lemon slice.

NOTES : I had a 15 layer Zombie Master in Mexico while I was in El Paso in '75. I've never been able to find the recipe which layered the drink correctly. When done correctly, it looks like a rainbow.
