Does anyone know of a good site that shows you different ways to garnish your drinks?
I know about lemon and lime wedges...
twist a lemon peel...
But isn't there something else I can do?

Tons of stuff you can do. Celery sticks are a classic for bloody mary's, but any spicy drink goes well with a pickled bean as well.
Personally I love salted rims using coarse salt for drinks like margaritas and salty dogs. Any cream drinks can be garnished with sweets, cookies, chocolates, etc.
For regular martinis and such, plastic animals, umbrellas and funky straws and picks go well. For edible stuff, use pineapple spears, dried apple rings, cucumber slices, kiwi slices, drizzled chocolate syrup, or spices such as fine white pepper or nutmeg. These of course would have to complement whatever sort of liqueur you're using in the drink.
Hope that gives you some ideas.

Thanks Monkey. You gave me some extra ideas. Like the kiwi idea and I've got nutmeg, which is great!
Thanks!

leaves also work well
mint leaves, clovers, ect...
mint leave, drape some over any drink with peppermint or creme de menthe...
clovers go in anything irish... like an Irish Coffee, just stick a clover in the whipped cream, so it hangs out of the glass a little and still poor a little creme de menthe |
