i had a drink called an "Ipanema" in germany. It was served at a juice bar during an event, and was non-alcholic, but most of the other drinks were just virgin versions of regular mixed drinks.
It had lime, ginger ale, brown sugar (although, here we call it "raw" sugar, or the kind with bigger crystals), and probably had one or more fruit juices, but I can't remember which ones.
