will the site eventually adding pictures to the recipes that dont have one?? i like seeing what the finished product is suppossed to look like..

I'm definately with you on that. I mean I know it's not all about the pictures and what not but a lot of the pictures that people of the site take are actually pretty cool lookin. Sorta gives you a "Ah ha!" when you get it right. Maybe we can bribe them into doing more pictures

hmmm...im game! what is our ammo?? they do like cats and i think i am a pretty kitty the pictures do help a lot; we could keep sending them messages about it until they get tired of hearing about it LOL

We'd love to do more pictures, and we're working on getting more of them up each week, but it's a tedious process unfortunately, with a lot of post-processing. We try to always do one for Drink of the Week, and we generally try to get pictures of a few drinks each week while we're looking for a good drink. We get a lot of submissions every day though, and we're edging our way to 6000 drinks in the database, so the dream of having pictures of them all is pretty far out. We won't give up though! (cue Rocky music)

What is your goal for the drink database? 10,000 or infinity??? I think infinity is a great number!! New products are always coming out.... You will always have a job

The goal for the database is really just to keep up with whatever is popular! Last year after Hpnotiq became popular, Incredible Hulk seemed to be the main attraction, and when whats-his-face came out with that rap song, everyone was looking for the recipe for Crunk Juice.

The great thing about the internet is that it's now getting so mature that you can sit down and find information on virtually any topic. So the ultimate goal for the site is to be the one that everyone comes to for information on building drinks.... I feel warm and fuzzy just thinking about it...

Well it's definately the one I go to for whenever I need a drink idea or a random recipe. When I throw parties I put up my bar and do searches and make drinks on the fly

I'm right in line with you BillaBong. I have recommended this site to 2 friends recently and they are hooked. congrats to the site yet again!
My favorites file is getting bigger by the day...now my only problem is to get all the supplies and start experimenting i wonder how many u can fit in there?? anyone want to make a friendly wager??

Not quite sure how many can fit. That's a good question. I haven't really began to add favorites yet. I'm in the process of decorating my kitchen and instead of going kitchen table.. I'm thinking of going mini bar / kitchen table. Trying to work with this idea since it's gonna be a insane bachelor pad (*hopefully*). I'll have pictures about soon if all goes well.

Um... a mini bar/ kitchen table? Thats an interesting idea. You must post pictures of that. Or e-mail me pictures. I am in the process of thinking on how to design my apartment. Some how a mini bar will be placed in there, just what style is the question.
