Is it possible to search for drinks that contain certain ingredients, but only if I can make them out of what is listed in my bar?

Absolutely - that's the entire point of having your bar ingredients listed. There are at least three places on the site that you can do this search.

If you click on "Your Bar" in the sidebar, at the bottom it says "Search for Drinks:" and it gives you the option to use only drinks you've checked or all the ingredients in your bar.

Also, if you click on the "Recipe Browser" link near the top of the home page, you can see there is a link on that page that says "Drinks you can make with your bar".

Additionally, if you go to the "Advanced Search" page (available from the sidebar or from the homepage), you can click a checkbox there that says "Use only ingredients from my bar" and then hit search.
