I know what it is, but I can't find it. I figure I ought to be able to find it, but I haven't had much luck. Where do you guys buy sour mix? I checked the lcbo (liqour store), but they have pretty much nothing other then the booze itself. And I can't find it at the grocery store near my house. Is it just that my gorcery store is that poorly stocked?
Another option I guess would be to make it myself. So if someone knows how to make it. That would be cool too.

Well they actually sell it at the package store that I go to. Then again its not like a small package store. It has aisles and aisles of wine and hard liqour. Anyways your best bet is to find a larger liqour store. I think I pay like $4.99 for a gallon? Iono I get the cheap stuff for sour mixes.

I guess I'll have to find a bigger liqor store. Maybe someone from ontario could confirm that the LCBO sells sour mix at their larger locations?

The closest thing I've found so far was in the grocery store. Its a whisky sour mix made by the same people who make margarita mixes and pina colada mixes and whatever. But I'm not really sure how close that would be. I think I may just make my own. It can't be that tough.

Well since Im was scanning around I found you this! http://www.cocktailuk.co.uk/db/viewCocktail.asp?ID=1794&t=Sweet+%26+Sour+Mix&ty=cocktail+recipe How to make your own Sour Mix.

According to this recipe this is what you need to make Sweet and Sour Mix.

1 part lemon juice
1 part lime juice
1 part water
1 part sugar

And BOOM there you go.

Ya I figure I'll search around, I'm sure there are many many recipes out there for it. If anyone knows a good one let me know, otherwise I'll just find one that seems consistent across a couple sources and use it.

I've checked both grocery stores within walking distance of my house and the liquor store with no luck. You should have seen the confusion on the guys face at the liquor store when I was asking about sour mix... sigh Sad
