Hey gang,
I've been thinking about the "Your Favourites" feature a bit lately. It's done with cookies, which means when you delete your cookies you lose your favourites. This has come up as an issue in the past, but the only other way to do it is to create "accounts" that would force you to log in. Your favourites could never be lost though, and we might be able to add some other nifty features, like linking it to the forum log-in and stuff. 
Anyone have any preferences on the matter? What would you rather see, account-style logins, or continue to use cookies?

Hmm, it seems as though only registered forum members can actually vote... guests can only see the results. I've been trying to figure out how to let guests vote but there doesn't seem to be a setting for that. 
Guests can still post. But I'd say you should register anyway, just for fun  |

Oh, an additional note, no matter what way we pick to do this thing, Drinknation.com will always be free to access. "Account-style" logins wouldn't cost anything, it would just be a way of storing your favourites. Just thought I'd clear that up.  |

| With the account style if there is inactivity after sometime will it close it out? Reason asking, is leaving for military will be gone 7 months until I get internet again. Part of the reason I haven't been on here in a long while too. |
