What do ya think... my Baileys expired in 06/2003... it smells, tastes and looks normal... to drink or not to drink???  |

EWWW - If there's one thing you should always place your trust in, it's expiry dates! Bailey's is like milk or cream, right? Would you drink milk that was like 6 months old? I won't even drink milk that's a few hours past the expiration...Come on now, we all love Bailey's but let's enjoy it within the reasonable limits of expiration (reasonable = before expiry date)  |

I don't think you could get sick from drinking expired Bailey's... bacteria wouldn't grow in alcohol, would it? It would probably just taste bad.
If it was my Bailey's, and it smelled, tasted and looked fine, I'd drink it  |
