I would like to know if anyone can list what should be stored in the fridge, freezer or at room temp. This is what I know so far...

Jager

Fridge
Baileys

Room Temp.

Any help would be great, thanks.

As far as I know, all alcohol can be stored at room temperature. I prefer my vodka cold, so I keep it in the freezer. Same with gin and Jäggy. I don't chill Bailey's though... I keep it on the shelf.

Bars generally just keep all their alcohol at room temperature. Shaking a cocktail with ice provides as much chill as you need in most cases.
