ive been thinking about being a bartender and im wondering just basically how to get started! do i take classes or what?
and what is the average a bartender makes EX-cluding tips?

Excluding tips, not much. If you start of small like a restaurant and work your way on to better places, schooling might not be necessary. Thats the route I am taking right now.
