I recently had these really good shots that tasted and looked just like melted orange sherbet ice cream. I have no idea what was in them or what they were called. We have been searching for a recipe to make these ourselves. Anyone know what they were or how to make them? Thanks.

I did some searching and found something that you can make with ice cream. Not sure if this is exactly it or anything close to it but it's a start!

1 banana
1 tray ice cubes
1 1/2 or more c. chocolate ice cream
4 (2 oz.) portions of your 4 favorite alcoholic beverages
A generous splash of Triple Sec
Milk to taste

Mix in blender to your preferred consistency.

You can subsitute the ice cream that you want with say Orange, vanilla or strawberry. Just add the appropriate alcohol then to it.

For instance if you were doing orange I'd personally do: Peach Schnapps, Vodka, and light rum. I think those 3 instead of 4 with the added triple sec will probably taste good. Hope that helps!
