Drink of the Week for Nov 8th, 2002: Blue Tap

What we had to say

Welcome to you, who have come to drink of the week. We have purposely avoided tequila for a while due to the whole "economic downturn" and "genocidal mold hellbent on world domination through destruction of agave cacti thus creating market pressure on the supply curve". It's really the mold thing that gets to us (don't tell it....fear makes it grow stronger). At least it's not a slime mold, scroobing along from cactus to cactus oozing gross little slime mold spawns. Actually we don't know that for sure, we're not scientists, and the scientists we sent to check it out got eaten by mold. Anyway, we still love tequila and we can afford to splurge once in a while. So, Blue Tap. Mmmm.
