Drink of the Week for Dec 11th, 2004: Antifreeze

What we had to say

Well the ho-ho-holidays are approaching, which of course means putting up the lights, putting up the tree and putting up with the relatives. If you've survived all that without any broken bones, then you'll probably make it through the rabid wombat attacks too, which are a great source of holiday stress. And if you didn't do your shopping on the 'net, and still have to make a trip to the mall... well, you're on your own, sucka. But for the rest of you, here's a handy survival guide for the season.

  1. Eggnog and brandy. Start early and utilize often. This has been known to provoke the wombat attacks, but it makes them seem funnier.

  2. If you've never been attacked by a Christmas wombat, send us your address.

  3. If you've never had eggnog and brandy with your wombat attacks, there is a handy list of festive drinks up on Drinknation.com.

  4. Lights don't go on cats. Trust us.

That's about all we've got for this week. We have to make a short trip to the mall to get new parts for the cat, but if we make it back alive, we'll have more for you later.
