Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Liqueur, rum cream
  • 1 oz. Rum, dark
  • 1 oz. Cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 spear Pineapple
  • 1 scoop Ice Cream, vanilla

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Put everything except the pineapple spear into a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass, and garnish with the pineapple spear. Aloha!
