Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Brandy
  • Fill with Champagne
  • 1/2 tsp. Pernod
  • 1 tsp. Grenadine
  • 1 whole Peach

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Take 1/2 of the peach and mash it very well. Put it into a cocktail shaker, along with the Brandy, Pernod, and Grenadine. Mix well and pour into a chilled white wine glass. Fill the glass with champagne and add a peach wedge from the leftover peach.
