Ingredients

1 tsp. Bourbon
Fill with Wine, sparkling
1 dash Bitters, orange
1/2 tsp. Sugar, superfine
1 slice brandied Peach

Glass to Use

Flute glass

Mixing Instructions

Chill a champagne flute. Combine the bourbon, bitters and sugar in a mixing glass, and pour into the chilled flute. Fill the flute with champagne without stirring (important)! Add a slice of brandied peach as garnish.
