Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Absinthe
  • Fill with Ginger Ale
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, powdered
  • 2 cubes Ice

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Please do not waste quality absinthe on this cocktail!

Pour absinthe into the glass and add sugar. Stir with a bit of ice until as much sugar as possible is dissolved in the absinthe.

Add ginger ale to fill glass. Stir very gently a few times as needed to dissolve the remaining sugar.
