Ingredients

1/2 shot Amaretto
1/2 jigger Vodka, cinnamon
1/2 jigger Vodka, spiced
1/4 qt. Apple Juice
1 dash Bitters
1 dash Cinnamon
1/2 dash Cloves
1 dash (dried) Mint
1 dash Nutmeg
1 dash (peel) Oranges

Mixing Instructions

Heat apple juice in a saucepan over high heat and bring to a scald. Add spices and let flavors mix and meld, for at least 5 minutes. Ingredient amounts are for one serving, generally 1 qt. of apple juice will make 4 - 6 servings (adjust other ingredients accordingly).

Add liquor to heat-proof glass and add heated mixture. Consume while hot, as the alcohol will evaporate due to heating.
