Ingredients

1 oz. Absinthe
1 splash Lime Juice
1 pinch Paprika
1/2 oz. Molasses
1 splash Olive Oil

Glass to Use

Shot glass

Mixing Instructions

Add a thin film of olive oil on the bottom of a shot glass. Add a splash of lime juice and a pinch of paprika over top. Pour 1 oz. of Absinthe down the inside wall of the glass and then pour the molasses directly into the absinthe until the shot glass is full. Down it quickly after this last mixture.
