Ingredients

2 parts Rum, dark
1 part Vermouth, sweet
1+ dashes Bitters, Angostura

Mixing Instructions

Add plenty of ice to your favorite cocktail shaker. Mix dark rum, sweet vermouth, and one or more dashes of Angostura bitters to taste. Shake well and pour into your best cocktail glass. A sweet, yet smooth beverage fit for a "Captain and Pirate Lord of the South China Sea". Optional: after those extra special pillages, substitute Angostura bitters with Stirrings brand Blood Orange Bitters and garnish with a blood orange twist.
