Ingredients
- 2 oz. Rum, dark
- Fill with (hot) Water
- 1 whole Cinnamon Stick
- 1 peel Lemon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 tsp. Honey
Mixing Instructions
Add molasses and some hot water to an Irish coffee mug. Stir until the molasses dissolve. Add cinnamon stick and lemon peel and fill almost full with more hot water. Layer rum on top and ignite for a few seconds. Stir to extinguish and grate some nutmeg on top for garnish.
