Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cognac
  • 1 oz. Rum, dark
  • 1 dash (grated) Nutmeg
  • 1 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 oz. Sugar Syrup

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Separate egg yolk from white. Beat individually, then fold yolk and white together and add to a coffee mug. Add sugar syrup, rum and cognac and fill with boiling water. Grate nutmeg over top for garnish.
