Ultimate Pina Colada

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Rum, light (Bacardi Light)
2 oz. Piña Colada Mix (Coco Lopez)
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. (Strawberry/Sugar mixture) Strawberries

Glass to Use

Hurricane glass

Mixing Instructions

In a blender: 1 1/2oz Bacardi, Coco Lopez, Pineapple juice - Add ice and blend to a somewhat thick texture. Pour 1/2 mixture into Hurricane glass. Pour in Strawberry mixture (use a cocktail spoon to slide some of the strawberry mixture down sides). Add remaining Pina Colada mix, top with Whipped Cream and a Cherry / or optional and very nice: a fanned strawberry.
