Ingredients

1 shot Liqueur, toffee (Dooley's)
1 shot Vodka
1 glass Milk
1 sprinkle Chocolate / Cocoa powder
Top with Whipped cream

Glass to Use

Highball glass

Mixing Instructions

Add vodka and Dooley's toffee liqueur to glass, then fill near to the top with milk. Apply whipped cream to the top of the beverage then sprinkle with cocoa powder for decoration.
