Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Amaretto (Disaronno)
1/2 oz. Vodka, vanilla
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Glass to Use

Cocktail glass

Mixing Instructions

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass, top with a cherry.

Another really good way to make it is to put Chambord in it. It tastes just like Angel Food Cake with raspberry!!

I have another way to make it.. And people at the restaurant LOVE IT.. I use Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Cranberry Juice and Pineapple Juice.. Shake all ingredients, then strain into a Martini glass.. There should be a foam on top, that is to symbolize the icing on the cake.. They are GREAT..
