Mixing Instructions

Start with the Strongbow, fill the sleeve half way. Carefully pour in the Guinness so it floats on top. If you're not big on Guinness, make it 2/3 Strongbow and top it with Guinness.

This is what's known as the "poor-man's black velvet", btw. So, Chrissie's mix-up is completely understandable.
