Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao, white
- 1/2 oz. Liqueur, white chocolate
- 1/2 oz. Vodka, vanilla
- 1/2 oz. Cream
- 2 whole Cherries/Maraschinos
- 1/2 tsp. Chocolate Shavings
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Sugar, superfine
- 2 tsp. Chocolate / Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. Chocolate Syrup
- 1 puff Whipped cream
Mixing Instructions
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa and rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with it. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass. Fill a shaker 1/3 full of ice, and add creme de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and cream. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with cherries and top with a puff of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
