ContributorThis drink recipe was submitted by one of our immensely powerful readers, Irish Mick! Contributor notesI can hear bartenders out there screaming that the Bailey's is added second. I beg to differ, as I add the Bailey's through a pourer held beneath the level of the Irish Mist which is near or at the top of the glass. The Bailey's is slowly drizzled at an angle on the inner surface of the glass to create a swirl effect, which will gradually sink and rest on the Kahlua.
It's a very Strong tasting shot, tasting much stronger than it actually is. The combination of the cream in the Bailey's and the honey in the Irish Mist make it extremely easy to drink.
