I'm a bartender for a Ruby's and Jay is right, the manual is a squeezed orange, .75 of the liquors, 2 oz each of the juices and a splash of grenadine.

I used to work for Ruby's for way too long ;-) The original recipe called for equal parts Vodka, Coconut rum, and Peach Schnapps (.75oz each), Then equal parts of pineapple juice and cranberry juice; garnished with an orange wedge hanging and cherry stabbed through the top. Later, for a menu change, Ruby's decided that it should be sweeter and darker red. New recipe called for a splash of grenadine and a squeezed orange wedge dropped in the glass, along with all the liquors. Upon asking why the addition to the squeezed orange into the glass, I was told by the higher-ups that Guests don't want the mess/fuss of squeezing the orange when they're dining/drinking. Straight-forward drink for consuming. They need to be ready to go.

1 oz rum, 1 oz peach shnapps, 1 oz Skyy vodka, 3 oz pinapple 1 oz cranberry, splash of grenadine and a squeeze of an orange wedge. That's how we make 'em at our Ruby's

Straight from Ruby Tuesday's web site - here's the ingredients for a Ruby Relaxer - Our guests have been relaxing with it for more than 35 years. Skyy Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, DeKuyper Peach Schnapps, pineapple and cranberry juices, and fresh orange juice.
