Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Rum, light
  • 1 tsp. Rum, overproof/151 proof
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 1 tsp. Water
  • 1 twist of peel Lime
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar, powdered

How to Make It

Dissolve sugar with water and bitters in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes and light rum. Carefully float 151-proof rum on top, and garnish with a lime twist.
