Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Kahlua
  • 1 1/2 oz. Rum, dark (Myers)
  • 1 splash Cola
  • Fill with (Not skimmed) Milk
  • 1 1/2 pinch Cinnamon

How to Make It

Pour the rum, Kahlua and milk into a shaker and shake rapidly for just under a minute. Strain into a frosted highball glass with ice to about 3/4's full, splash in the coke and then take off the strainer from the shaker and add the layer of foam to the top of the drink. Once the foam is layered you can add cinnamon on the top like a Cappachino.
