Peach schnapps this week. We were in the booze barn stocking up and we overheard people commenting on peach schnapps, saying "Time for fuzzy navels!" (To the layman: they weren't talking about bellybutton lint). We realized that peach had been typecast - stereotyped, as it were. Upon initiating verbal communications with the life-forms, they couldn't think of a beverage that required peach schnapps that wasn't a fuzzy navel, or fuzzy navel derivative.

So here is the result of our tireless campaign this week. A rather fizzy, cool reproduction of melon-tasting goodness.

Carbonated Water/Club Soda 1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos Glass to Use Parfait glass Mixing Instructions Add carbonated water to a parfait glass with ice. Shake remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into the glass. Stir and garnish with a cherry.
