Drink of the Week newsletter: Like Shakespeare, except you get to drink.
Drink of the Week for Nov 6th, 2004: Deep Freeze
What we had to say
We here at the autonomously controlled, non-democratically selected ruling council of Drinknation hope that everyone had a great Halloween, with much candy. Furthermore, we non-partisanly declare that you'd better start preparing for the entirely denominational winter holiday season, because it's only a few conservatively fiscal shopping weeks away. Whatever you're buying this season, Drinknation pledges to support you by lowering personal taxes at the expense of corporations to put more money in your consumer pocket. If you happen to be a corporation, we pledge to support you by lowering corporate taxes at the expense of the working class. That's just how great we are. We stand for honest Drinknation government based on economic growth, forward-thinking progress, and family values. Unless, of course, you are against these, in which case we are too. We absolutely will not say one thing and do another, unless we think you're not looking. And we would never, ever lie to our loyal Drink of the Week reader-voters. Including the previous sentence, which is definitely not a lie. Seriously. To show you how serious we are, we will now distract you with this week's drink.
p.s. Vote Drinknation in 2008!
