What a coincidence that Valentines day should be on a Thursday, just in time for drink of the week. So here's what you do - on your way home from work, stop off and get the stuff for this drink (making sure to get a card too - you always forget that). Serving your valentine this drink will make up for that time that you lit the basement on fire when you were trying to glue the cat's tail back on. Uh...oh wait, I'm thinking of me.
