Ingredients

  • 1/3 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
  • 83/100 oz. Irish Mist
  • 17/100 oz. Kahlua

Glass to Use

Mixing Instructions

Layer the shot in the following order: Kahlua, Irish Mist, Baileys.

I can hear bartenders out there screaming that the Bailey's is added second. I beg to differ, as I add the Bailey's through a pourer held beneath the level of the Irish Mist which is near or at the top of the glass. The Bailey's is slowly drizzled at an angle on the inner surface of the glass to create a swirl effect, which will gradually sink and rest on the Kahlua.

It's a very Strong tasting shot, tasting much stronger than it actually is. The combination of the cream in the Bailey's and the honey in the Irish Mist make it extremely easy to drink.
