Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Bourbon
- 2 oz. Rum, anejo
- 2 oz. Rum, gold
- 2 oz. Rum, Jamaican
- 4 oz. Rum, overproof/151 proof
- 2 oz. Rum, red
- 2 oz. Rum, spiced
- 2 oz. Rum, white
- 2 cans 7-up
- 3 oz. Grenadine
- 3/4 can Passion Fruit Juice
- 2 scoops Ice
Mixing Instructions
Add all ingredients except sugar cubes and bourbon into a chilled pitcher and mix. Add the ice last.
To finish, take the four sugar cubes and melt them together to form one large cube. Take the table spoon of bourbon and pour it onto the sugar cube, light it and set it on top of the ice in the pitcher.
