Ingredients

2 oz. Brandy, apple
3 oz. Carbonated Water/Club Soda
1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 white Eggs
1 tsp. Sugar

Glass to Use

Highball glass

Mixing Instructions

Measure a highball glass full of ice into a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients except carbonated water. Shake and pour back into glass. Add carbonated water and stir.
