Ingredients

1 oz. Creme de Menthe, green
1 oz. Whiskey, Irish
fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
2 scoops Ice Cream, vanilla

Glass to Use

Collins glass

Mixing Instructions

Put ice cream into a collins glass. Add the creme de menthe and Irish whiskey, stirring well. Fill with carbonated water and stir one last time before serving.
